Memory care support meets the third Wednesday of each month at 2pm in our conference room. The public is invited, and the facilitators have been trained by the Alzheimer's Association.

    2. Our Residents will get the chance to participate in an outing to Cerreta's Chocolate Factory. They will meet up in the front lobby at 1pm to load up and head out.     2. February is Heart Month...and we LOVE our residents and their families…The Stratford, in cooperation with Abrazo Health Care will be hosting a complimentary education and screening program geared toward heart health and prevention of Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD).
      The ABI Screening is a measurement of the blood pressure in the lower legs compared to the blood pressure in the arms. This is a non-invasive test using blood pressure cuffs and an ultra-sound device. The ABI screening helps evaluate the amount of blood flow to the legs and feet, which is decreased in a person with PVD. *
