Crystal Rodriguez

Court Caregiver- Crystal was born and raised in Arizona and is one of six children. Her hobbies include dance, running, movies and the ballet. When asked about her passions, she stated it is being around people and being able to help where she can with their needs and care. Crystal’s favorite color is green and she enjoys classic cars.

Jade Vandermolen

Concierge - Jade was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Arizona 16 years ago. She is an only child and graduated in December 2009 from Phoenix College where she majored in Business. Her long term goal is to work at the Four Seasons Hotel and vacation in Germany and London, learning more about their culture.

Robin McGuire

Passages Coordinator -Robin was born and raised in Oakland California. She has 3 children, moved to Arizona in 2000, and began working part time for The Stratford in 2007. Robin worked every Sunday as a part time receptionist. She has now taken The Passages program and made it something wonderful for the residents who participate to enjoy. Robin’s passions in life are: Her grandson, reading, arts & crafts and gardening.
